Title: Senior Marketing Executive/ Manager
Hours of work 8.30am to 5.30pm
Location London / WFH (Hyrid working)
Salary up to £45,000 depending on experience
This is an excellent opportunity for you to be responsible for the delivery of the marketing strategy and campaign for some hugely successful events across two portfolios. You will be a key figure in their continued growth and success.
Your responsibilities will include: -- Overall strategic planning of campaigns across all media advertising, email, social media and PR to accurately position events in the market place to meet business objectives
- Increase the awareness of the brands, products and profitable growth through the use of all effective elements of the marketing mix
- Create and implement communications strategy for visitors & exhibitors
- Work closely with sales team to produce exhibitor marketing guides
- Manage relationships with all internal and external stakeholders and to build partnerships with relevant industry partners
- Manage the delivery of a CIPD accredited conference
- Lead on-campus promotions at universities across the UK
- Control all expenditure to within budget and prepare monthly forecasts
- Reporting to ensure campaign objectives and plans are communicated to the wider project and company team members
- Assisting with managing and training junior marketing team members
- Attending our events, usually Friday and Saturday, to manage the on-site logistics and acting as a our representative
You will be able to demonstrate the following: -- Degree educated in English language or Marketing
- Strategic, analytical and creative thinker
- Ability to prioritize and multi task under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communicator with negotiation skills
- Strong organisation and budgeting skills with good attention to detail
- Ideally a minimum of 2 years relevant event marketing experience
