Client Services Manager (Conferences) - Salary to £60k. 3 Days in Central London / Remote
Our client is a leading provider of educational events and intelligence platforms for financial communities. They are a global business, with key offices in London, New York and in the APAC region.
They are looking to hire a Client Services Manager, who will be tasked with managing a team of 2 and forging strong relationships with their event sponsors to ensure seamless execution of deliverables. This could include guidance on processes, helping to project manage timelines for them to submit collateral and generally developing excellent relationships. It will also be integral to help them realise upsell / cross sell opportunities. This is not a commercial role, but a strong commercial acumen is essential.
The role will be based in their central London offices 3 days a week, working from home for the remaining 2.
