Salary - Up to £45,000 p. a.
Location - Hybrid (London / WFH)
You are an experienced Marketeer in the corporate Events and Awards space and have successfully delivered attendee goals through engaging and targeted multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:
Main duties:
- Develop and lead the marketing plan for your chosen events.
- Plan and implement a promotion schedule using the full marketing mix of channels available and seek out new opportunities.
- Achieve event attendee targets – non-paid and paid.
- Build a segmented prospect database that matches the audience brief outlined by the editorial/producers.
- Ensure that marketing activity is coordinated with other stakeholders in the business.
- Work with other functions to evolve events and look at new opportunities.
- Follow existing and create new processes that support a timely, quality, streamlined output and performance.
- Ensure marketing and sales activity is measured and reported back on regularly to support continuous improvement and flexible marketing activity.
- Brief and maintain the event website throughout the campaign.
- Develop engaging and responsive marketing collateral.
- Excellent copywriter who can provide engaging copy for each event (rather than relying on the event producer to create) whilst also acting as a proof-reader for junior members of the wider events team.
- Brief in campaigns on the email platform (Marketo) and manage performance in the trackers.
Qualifications:
You will also need;
- Proven experience in B2B marketing.
- Experience of marketing events and awards.
- Experience of working with and leading internal stakeholders to create and evolve the events in the portfolio.
- Ability to deliver and adapt successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Experience of direct communication, verbally and written, with C suite level.
- Working directly with salespeople: lead generation and performance tracking.
- An advantage to having worked in the healthcare/insurance/compliance/charities sectors within the UK.
- Marketing degree or equivalent qualification.
